In this fast, focused workshop, you’ll learn how to interpret watts, coach with clarity, and build rides that deliver real results for you and your riders.

STAGES ONE - ONLINE CERTIFICATION

Stages One (Online Certification) is your starting point to becoming a confident, inspiring indoor cycling instructor — from anywhere in the world. This live, interactive online course is led by a Stages Master Educator and designed for those new to teaching. You’ll learn bike setup, rider safety, and the fundamentals of movement, energy, and class design. Build your coaching voice, develop confidence, and discover how to deliver inclusive, motivating classes that blend science and rhythm. By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to lead your first ride — equipped with the knowledge, passion, and professionalism that define every Stages Instructor.
